It has been a whirlwind to plan but we are ready to launch "Julia's Joy", our Teen Empowerment program to begin the week of Sunday, July 9th. Below are the details. Julia’s Joy is a Teen Empowerment Program created in memory of Julia Morath. Julia was 14 years old and a Freshman at Springford High School in Pennsylvania,  who was unable to find her true self and joy in this life. She sadly made an impulsive decision to choose suicide in April of 2017 after a Cyberbullying incident. Her family, some friends and the team at Pillars of Light and Love have developed this program to help Teens  learn to live their best life, and to become the greatest versions of themselves. Teen suicide is up 200% and drug use and heroin overdoses are rapidly increasing. A team of Inspirational and Life Coaches, a Brain Health Advocate, a local Teacher and School Owner, an Internet Safety Advocate, a Yoga Instructor, Holistic Practitioner and Stress Management Coach will all lead these awesome sessions. We believe teaching strong coping skills, self-acceptance, self-love, self-respect and self-responsibility will empower teens and help them make positive choices in relationships, health and life.

This initial program is brought to the community through donations from Julia's friends and family. To help us continue our program, please consider a donation HERE.

The sessions begin on four different dates. We would like students to stay in the same series to be sure they attend all topics. However, if they miss one due to vacation, sports or work schedule, they can pick up at a different time and date. We expect to fill up, so please register today! Students need to sign up for each individual week in a series. Topics are below each link for those weeks.
